ciMAIL: - Email Marketing system

The ciMAIL: module allows you to easily distribute opt-in (permission-based marketing, or Email Marketing) materials to a large number of users in a compliant, easy, well-designed way for maximum impact and minimum cost.

ciMAIL: is not a "subscription service", so there is no cost per message. Simply have our deployment experts install the module and implement your page designs (we can design them for you as well if necessary) - then it's all up to you. Send 10 per day, or 10,000 ... we don't care!

ciMAIL: now includes a ciLIST: module, responsible for "persistent lists", which can be directly integrated with your website to accept automatic subscriptions (opt-in) by users - and can then track bounces, unsubscriptions (opt-out), and other user-related details to fully comply with the Australian Government's anti-spam legislation ("Spam Act 2003") which - among other things - requires a request to unsubscribe from a mailing list to be honoured (traditionally difficult if you do not have a persistent list of recipients).

ciMAIL: Performance Without speed, you would just be sending out a handful of perfect emails. That's not terribly useful, so we built ciMAIL: to be an email delivery beast!
